Fly fishing for pike in southern parts of Finnish archipelago
Any new videos?
Very nice!
Would appreciate you tying a 🦆 mallard minnow with blue and purple highlights if possible
Awsome fly! Cheers!!
Nice, I 'll tie it slightly sparser!🐟🐟
That's beautiful
Such a beautiful fly! It's hard to find good pike and muskie flies here in 🇨🇦. I will eventually start tying my own, this is the inspiration. Cheers
I would love to try this fly tying myself but it's hard for me to find the tools needed in my country, can you specify what should I get from online shop? Sorry for the trouble..
Very difficult to give you a proper answer, I would contact a tackleshop (a local if possible) and talk to them, most of them would be happy to pick you a "starterpack" In Finland we got a store, Ruotoshop with a fantastic crew including worldclass tyers who will help you for sure :)
Quantity of materials is awesome! it's sure a tube fly is welcome.Never understood how it's possible to tie this kind of fly just on the shank of a hook...People seems to have eternally hooks😂 Beautiful 👍
Great tying as always!!! I woluld like to ask where you buying your bucktails if its not a secret because the look awersome quality !!!💪👊🤘
Thank you Mariusz, it's not a secret 😊 I just tryin to visit my local shop as much as possible and picking up the best I find 😀
Love the color patern 🔥🔥
Thank you very much 😊
Wow!!! Very big fly for very big fish!!!…….Thank you 👍🎣
What kind of Hook used for this fly? Beautifull job.
@@paweysiak1541 Thank you very much, the hook is a Ahrex PR 350 in 6/0 size 😊
Thank you Kevin 😊
Приманка не злая😄,а вот щука будет злой ))) 🔥🔥👍👍
Cool fly! Nice bulk on that one 👍🏻
Thank you, a bit too much imo =D
Nice to see you !
Looks awesome.
Thank you very much :)
Your work is fine, but I am asking myself and asking you a question; all these filaments of more or less plastic material will end up in the water and/or in the bellies of fish. You and I and millions of Internet users would surely like to be able to enjoy many more years of the benefits of this planet. Isn't a reflection on the choice of ecological materials necessary? for reading, thank you.
I really like your style of teaching fly patterns, thank you
Thank you very much :)
This is a great video!! 😎... Why would people dislike it?? 🤔🙄
Thank you for your time, very beautiful and simple. Unfortunately, there is no Wigley Teal in my country. Please tell me how can I make it at home and what material I should be using. Tanks
Instablaster...
Great tying mate!🐟🐟🐟
What kind of hook is that? Nice fly!
It's Sakuma Manta 546, don't think it's on the market anymore
Nice looking easy to tie , easy materials to get . Thanks
Really nice easy tie , with readily available materials. Fish will kill it 😈
A wonderful, easy to tie pattern and well shown. Thanks.
So helpful for a newbie thank you
Know them a new tier might not
To fast didn’t see materials
Very well done!!
Thanks nice fly ! I hope we won't wait too much for the next one !
Hello Johan. Wich type feathers are you using for the tail ? Nice fly tying 👍 Best regards Søren ☺️
Pretty fly fella I'd be confident fishing that 👍
Blinding!! That was well worth watching!! I've had my tying stuff laid out on the kitchen table for about 3 weeks but until now I haven't had the inspiration to even offer up a hook to a vise.... This has given me some reasons to get back at it Thanks for sharing 🌞
Thank you very much :)
i know Im randomly asking but does any of you know a method to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid lost the password. I would love any tricks you can give me!
@Callum Santino Instablaster :)
@Coleman Walker Thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
@Coleman Walker It worked and I actually got access to my account again. Im so happy:D Thank you so much you saved my account!
Very good video. Im just starting up tying flies. These simpler flies gives good training AND fishes great! Thank you. :)
Thank you, simple patterns often works better than the fancy ones :)
Great looking pattern Johan, thank you. Did you say the trigger point material was sheep's wool and the head veil / topping was icelandic sheep?
Thank you,yes the trigger point is a material called Sheep fleece or Sheep wool.not sure about the correct name.On the head I used a material called Icelandic sheep, also called nayat or even snow runner. This material drives me crazy,it got so many different names =D
@@JohanLindqvistPiketeaser thank you. Yes lots of names, as long as it looks good and moves well. Its like hair of a dog, is it dog's hair called temple or a cure for a hang over? lol, either way that was a cool pattern, i'm subscribing :oD And I think my next vise upgrade will be a Mongoose, haven't heard complaints and a few production tyers i know use it.
nice
You need to work on your camera angle and lighting. More lighting on fly with a profile plate background and I think you would get more "likes". Good luck and have a good day sir.
Top top!!!
Nice! I wonder how you came up with this bad boy and that badass name ;) Keep it up Buddy!!!
WOOOOOOO! Already told you how much I love this fly on insta! Awesome job. I just hope I have what’s needed tote one! 👌
NICE Johan!!! I subed ya bud
Very nice 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Awesome fly as always 😍👍
Great tying! I like the colors... On my channel I try to substitute the heavy bucktail...
Great one... Thanks for sharing...
Thanks for the great video. I am just start to learn fly tying. For me, the big headache is to choose the material. There are so many different hair, features, and artificial materials. Would you advise me what is the must to have for a starter.
Thanks, glad you liked it.What materials you need depend on what kind of flies you wanna tie:for streamers I would say that with bucktail, flash and craft fur you get a good start but I would check out with some local dealer if they could pick up some kinda starter pack for you :)
Great video!
Thank you :)
